About Us - Jeff Lewis' Biography
Jeff Lewis grew up in a middle American home in the Northeast part of the United States with absolutely zero spiritual upbringing. He found himself void on the inside while attending a major state university. He was supernaturally drawn to God and was saved in July 1991 and has demonstrated an evangelistic zeal from day one. For over a decade, Jeff has been a part of and lead many evangelistic classes, and has used many different methods to reach the lost with the good news of Jesus Christ. God allowed Jeff to see the void in the modern gospel and the absence of signs and wonders accompanying the Word of God. This passion has fueled Jeff to birth Citytaker Ministries whose mandate is to “Raise up an army of individuals in new testament evangelism to multiply and reach their city with fruit that will remain.”
Jeff has been invited into churches to preach revival services that have stirred the church to join the Lord in a radical passion to go after the lost treasure of the earth. Citytaker Ministries is committed to seeing God’s chosen vehicle, the Church, revived in passionate love for their Lord and the lost. He equips believers with a pure biblical message, power and demonstrations of the Holy Spirit, producing other radical followers of Jesus.
God is opening up many doors for Citytaker Ministies today to bring a reviving white hot anointing, that will then stay to equip and raise up leadership to flow in the deposit of knowledge and power of God with training, outreaches, and discipleship through the local church. Wherever Citytaker is invited, a trail of hot saints that are more in love with Jesus and soul winners that are equipped for life are in the wake. The fruit of this ministry is equipped saints, passionate lovers of God, and bold witnesses that produce fruit that will remain. Citytaker Ministries is seeing many believers instantly filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Healing, miracles, signs and wonders, worship, love, joy, freedom, humility, fellowship, and discipleship are all part of Citytaker Ministries' DNA. Come join the Army of God and let’s go give away what we have been freely given, a great and complete salvation and relationship with a good, good God! Jesus has come to seek and save the lost and He is using Citytaker Ministries to raise up laborers that will birth and establish sons and daughters into the kingdom of God!
Jeff married his best friend Melanie in 1994, lives in Tampa Bay, has a human-like dog named Pearl, and looks forward to God’s promise of children in the near future.
